AtMyPace: Time Series app for iPhone and iPad

Time Series teaches the underlying principles for forecasting. It is a valuable new and innovative learning tool for all. It was written for NCEA level 3 students but is useful for high school students, MBAs and students in college business statistics courses. You can use it on your iPhone or iPad.

AtMyPace is available in two full versions: AtMyPace: Time Series and AtMyPace: Time Series Online.

- AtMyPace: Time Series (this version) comes with all videos bundled - no need to be online. Review the videos anywhere - whenever you have time.

- AtMyPace: Time Series Online has the same content but takes up less space on your device. The videos are hosted online.

AtMyPace: Time Series uses entertaining videos and engaging quiz exercises to help students learn about simple time series analysis. We help you understand how to apply and interpret simple time series analysis so you can pass your course. You CAN understand time series.

The content and design were developed by a teaching-award-winning university professor and based on years of experience, and research into how people learn statistics and the use of multimedia. The teaching approach has been tested and refined through extensive use in an entry-level university course.

Ive been tasked with teaching statistics in September to a class of 500, and I had no idea where to start. This app is amazing for providing intuitive ways to think about statistics, and offers invaluable support for a course. This includes animated videos to demonstrate concepts using easy-to-understand language, and quizzes for students to track their learning. Im so impressed with the app. If youre a student taking statistics: Buy it. If youre a prof: Buy it.
